It is important for the buyer to read the following warranty terms before purchasing the product
from Elite Laptop. Because the sale of any product shall be deemed to be the buyer’s acceptance of
each of the terms of these Terms.
All product warranties declared at the time of sale are essentially “manufacturing warranties”. That
is, the responsibility of the warranty of the product sold is borne by the manufacturer and the
original brand company. Each brand has different warranty terms and conditions which are clearly
mentioned on the respective product website.
In this case Elite Laptop is only selling the product to the buyer and assisting in enforcing the
original brand company’s warranty terms.
We follow international and Bangladesh warranty policies for every product.
Warranty on imported products is primed for a short period of time and changed as soon as complaints
are made.
All products sold are not warranted. The warranty is valid only for products for which the parent
company has declared a warranty period.
The warranty is 1-3 years depending on the brand and model of the laptop. But all laptop batteries
and adapters warranty is only 1 year.
If a product under warranty is found to be defective after sale, the defect is rectified by repair
and replaced immediately depending on the type of product.
If the product of a specific model is not suitable for replacement, it can be replaced with an
equivalent product of another brand in its own stock.
A product of a particular model is unrepairable and if the same or equivalent product is not
available in our stock, it can be replaced by a better product of that model and price adjustment.
Elite Laptop shall not be responsible for any software or data lost or damaged during the use of the
product or its service. It should be noted that in this case, Elite Laptop is also responsible for
data recovery or software restoration. Don’t dwell on it.
The time to return the product after completing the service work after covering the product warranty
of a certain model is not fixed, this time can be from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more;
Because in most cases, the parts required for repair are not in stock or enough in the country, so
they have to be specially imported, which takes a lot of time.
Consumers are informed that most of the warranty products are not repaired, the parts that are lost
are replaced but in most cases are imported from abroad.
Computer setup and operating system customized at the time of sale are not covered under
warranty. Life Time Warranty Basically you get warranty benefits for as long as the product
lasts.
Elite Laptop may charge a fee for any service outside the scope of the warranty which shall be
effective subject to the consent of the purchaser.
In the case of service warranty, if any parts are required to be changed or added, then the buyer
will normally collect it at his own responsibility or can collect it through Elite Laptop subject to
payment of advance price with the consent of the buyer.
In case of warranty claim at least 25 days before warranty expiry.
Please send the warranty product minimum of 25 days before the warranty date is over, as we claim
the warranty from official Service Center abroad Malaysia/Singapore needs additional shipping time.
In which cases the warranty will not be valid or may be conditional
Defects caused by careless use such as water-soaking, breakage, burns, injuries, deep scratches,
etc. are not covered by the warranty.
If the serial or serial sticker of a product is partially or completely removed, removed or damaged
for any reason, the product will no longer be covered by the warranty.
Elite Laptop does not apply any type of password or security code at the time of product delivery,
so the buyer has to bear the full responsibility of the BIOS password on the device. It will not be
covered under warranty.
Removing Apple’s own operating system or installing another operating system alongside it (dual
boot) will void the product’s warranty.
If more than 2 months have passed in the warranty or service department after the warranty of a
particular product, the company will not bear the responsibility of the product.
If the warranty receipt paper of a specific product is lost, the product must be accepted subject to
the purchase receipt and appropriate proof.
General terms of warranty prescribed by the manufacturer
All products sold are without warranty. Only those products against which the warranty period is
declared on Elite Laptop’s bill/invoice shall be covered by the warranty benefit up to the declared
period. Any writing to this effect on the packaging/packet of the product shall not constitute
warranty. The warranty will be valid as per Elite Laptop’s bill/invoice. If there is a problem with
any product under warranty, the customer will bring it to our nearest service point.
In terms of product life time warranty, as long as the manufacturing company and the original brand
company continue to produce the product, the buyer will get warranty benefits under the product life
time warranty. If the product is discontinued then the product will be covered under warranty for a
period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Any defects caused by careless use, waterlogging, falling from above, burns, injury etc. will not be
covered under warranty.
Elite Laptop does not apply any kind of password or security code during the delivery of laptop or
any product. BIOS password/any type of password on laptop, desktop or any other device is the sole
responsibility of the buyer. It will not be covered under warranty.
Free gift items (mouse, headphones or accessories) supplied with the laptop are not covered
under warranty.
“Elite Laptop” may charge a fee for any service not covered by the warranty which shall be effected
subject to the consent of the purchaser. In case of service warranty (buyer shall bear the cost of
any parts required)
If there are 1 to 3 dots on the monitor or display, the warranty claim is not accepted. If there are
4 or more dots, the buyer can claim the warranty.
Scratches on the monitor or display of any device will not be covered under warranty.
Cleaning work on any hardware shall not be considered free service.
